To complete the STEM Theatre Pathway, students need to complete four credits in the pathway and complete a capstone project.

Drama I (1/2 credit) Students learn an introduction to acting and technical theatre
Drama II (1/2 credit) Students focus on intermediate skills of theatre including scene study, scene design, and improvisation.
Theatre I (1/2 credit) Students apply acting techniques learned in Drama I and II, as they perform monologues and scene performances, which are coached and directed by Theatre III students. Students also delve deeper into technical theatre production as they learn about the different theatrical crafts of lighting design, construction, property design, makeup and publicity. Students also begin the process of writing a play, through improvisation and other playbuilding activities.
Theatre II (1/2 credit) Second semester, students take the one act play from the planning stages to production. Students also either take the role of technical crew leader role, or they act as a member of a collaborative technical theatre crew.
Electives (Students can choose from the following electives)
Drama III (1 credit) This course is focused on theatre history and play analysis. The course also focuses on advanced acting styles from Greek to Stanislavski. Finally, students technically mount and perform a Shakespeare play in this course.
Theatre III (1 credit) This course is focused on leadership and directing, where students have the opportunity to hone skills in coaching and directing, as they lead their peers in many performance pieces, ultimately acting as a director of a one-act play. Students also become technical designers as they lead production teams in the technical concepts of their one-act plays.
Technical Theatre (1/2 credit) This course allows the student to apply techniques of theatrical design to different theatrical works.
Media Productions (1/2 credit) This course focuses on Media production from conception to product.
PLTW Intro to Engineering Design (1 credit)This course teaches students how to make technical drawings by hand and using Autodesk Inventor.
